X-pod is a portable handheld digital device that replaces the traditional X-ray plate once used for diagnoses during dental treatment. Weighing less than 400 g, the X-pod consists of a CMOS sensor and a handheld device with a 4.3″ touchscreen with a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution.
Portable, simple and easy to use, it generates diagnostic-quality images and thus cuts the time required prior to treatment. Works with any AC or DC X-ray machine and powered by lithium batteries that grant daylong use. Digital controls allow you to zoom, adjust brightness and contrast as well as detail dimensions.
